The HACCP – Menu Safe Training is a specialized program developed to help managers, supervisors, and head chefs implement Codex-compliant food safety systems within their establishments. Menu-Safe is a globally recognized HACCP and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) system, specifically designed for hospitality and food service operations. Approved by the European Union and aligned with ISO auditing standards, this system is acknowledged by Codex Alimentarius and widely accepted across industry, government, and academia.
This training is part of Sharjah Municipality’s strategic plan to raise food safety standards in the Emirate by ensuring selected food businesses adopt the Menu-Safe HACCP system by 2025.

4 Days (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily)
Approvals and Accreditations:
Approved by Sharjah Municipality and compliant with Codex HACCP and ISO auditing standards. Delivered by certified trainers authorized to conduct Menu-Safe training under the Sharjah Food Safety Program (SFSP).
